AirFree® fluid dispense technology provides the process control needed to automate the LC fiber optic connector assembly process without rejected parts, a rework process, or wasted fluid, thus increasing production yields as well as the bottom line. The patent pending LC Connector mount holds LC Connectors in a fixed position and the design of the system guides the fluid dispense tip into the LC Connector center tube in preparation for the application of assembly fluid.
