With this level of intelligence, the SmartDispenser® can make decisions, report production data, reduce PLC programming, and establish machine-to-machine cross communication between workstations and with MES systems. Program Choice 3 features the SmartAutomation™ Platform. This system allows manufacturers to automate axial translation by using the AlgorithmicControl™ feature of the SmartDispenser® to manage the actuation of the LinearDrive™ System (LDS) of the SmartDispenser® using algorithms. It’s the only solution available on the market today that brings the power and precision of algorithms right to the fluid dispensing drive system.
