The Genius® Lead Screw Protector attaches to the hub on the end of the lead screw and is held in place by the piston stabilizer. The motor end of the lead screw protector contains an outward-facing flange, sealing the motor compartment. The LDS™ (Linear Drive System) dispense gun retaining ring secures the lead screw protector when locked in place. The lead screw protector extends and retracts in conjunction with the LDS™ dispense gun lead screw during production, providing the utmost protection.
