Customize your SmartDispenser^® with the Dispense to Work Order Tracker SmartApp™

The Dispense to Work Order Tracker SmartApp™ was requested by a multinational orthodontics manufacturer who wanted to verify the operator made all the requested fluid deposits per part, while creating documented traceability to the work order number.

Once the SmartApp™ is activated by the Administrator, the operator enters or bar code scans the work order number.

The operator enters the number of parts to be made per the work order.

The SmartDispenser^® tracks the number of fluid deposits per part and displays them on the dispense program menu. When complete, the operator selects End W.O. (work order). If the fluid deposits match the work order quantity, the operator proceeds to the next work order.

If the fluid deposits do not match the work order quantity, the SmartDispenser^® is locked until cleared with the Administrator’s password.

At 12:00am the SmartDispenser^® automatically creates a report, Excel CSV, which is saved on the SmartDispenser^®’s hard drive. The report includes the following data:

• Work order number, date and time.
• Number of requested parts/fluid deposits.
• Number of actual parts/fluid deposits made by the operator.
• Operator login name, login time and logoff time.
• And other key production data.
