One half of the performance platform, The Linear Drive System, provides the highest repeatability of any fluid dispenser available today. The stability of the drive system dispensing fluid through the dispense tip is a critical component of any dispensing system in regards to repeatability. The SmartDispenser® control center regulates the electrical current powering the precision stepper motor so every SmartDispenser®’s Linear Drive System performs exactly the same worldwide regardless of location. The combination of the SmartDispenser® Control Center’s ability to regulate electrical current with the mechanical stability of the linear drive system makes the SmartDispenser® the most accurate and repeatable fluid dispenser worldwide.
