Not only is the AirFree® technology of the SmartDispenser® fluid dispensing system able to provide users with a consistent, repeatable assembly fluid deposit worldwide and increase bottom line profits through higher productivity, the SmartDispenser® is also very easy to set up.
Follow these 8 simple set up screens to get the SmartDispenser® up and running:
1. Easily navigate to the SmartDispenser® software from the Home Screen and tap the correct operating mode icon: LDS9000® Traditional or PControl²®
2. Select ‘User’, ‘Supervisor’ or ‘Administrator’ and log in. The ‘User’ level requires no password and only allows for dispensing a pre-selected program.
3. Tap/click a numeric password code, select ‘OK’ and then ‘Logon’.
4. Select your preferred ‘Dispense Volume’
5. Select the speed you wish to dispense your volume.
6. Select the ‘Back-off (steps)’ to best control your volume.
7. Tap/click ‘Save Program’ and this pop-up will appear. Select ‘Yes’ to overwrite an existing program.
8. Tap/click ‘OK’ to confirm program save.
