Customize your SmartDispenser® with the Device History Report Update SmartApp™

The SmartDispenser® automatically creates a device history report at the end of each production day. The report is created at SmartDispenser® log off and shut down or at 12:00AM if the system is left on. The report is saved to the hard drive in an Excel CSV format. The device history report contains the following information:

  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced for all times.
  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced in the last 24 hours.
  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced per day for the last 28 days.
  • Fluid dispensing saved programs stored on the SmartDispenser® hard drive.
  • The fluid dispensing program used by the operator during the production runs.

If using a scale:

  • Records the fluid deposit weights of each dispense.
  • Records the fluid deposit weights out of specification.
  • Other available SmartApp™s can add additional data to the device history record.

Once installed, the Device History Report Update SmartApp™ changes the terminology on the report from engineering terms such as “Motor Cycles” to production terms such as “Fluid Deposits.” The change makes it easier for the non-engineer to understand the data presented on the report.
