Customize your SmartDispenser^® with the Fluid Level Alarm SmartApp™

This SmartApp™ was requested by a multinational manufacturer of jet engines who was automating the SmartDispenser^® to apply solder paste during the manufacturing process.

Once the Fluid Level Alarm SmartApp™ is installed the administrator selects the volume to activate the Fluid Level Alarm and chooses between having an on screen warning message pop-up or having the SmartApp™ automatically stop the fluid dispense process.

Show Warning Only – When the fluid level in the syringe passes the volume set in the alarm a pop-up message appears on the SmartDispenser^® touch screen. The operator can choose to clear the warning message immediately or continue to dispense fluid until the syringe is empty, then clearing all warning messages.

Stop Dispensing – When the fluid level in the syringe passes the volume set in the alarm a pop-up message appears on the SmartDispenser^® touch screen. The warning message stops all fluid dispensing for the current syringe reservoir. The operator must clear the warning message, and replace the empty syringe reservoir with a full one to continue dispensing fluid deposits.
