Customize your SmartDispenser^® with the Operator Name Login SmartApp™

This SmartApp™ was requested by a multinational manufacturer of medical devices who wanted to increase security. Once installed, the Administrator can activate the SmartApp™ to change the operator’s default login for the SmartDispenser^® from “User” to their full name. The operator’s name, date, and time of both login and logoff are also automatically recorded on the device history record.

All this assures every operator has a unique login, and management has documentation specifying who was operating the SmartDispenser^® and when that operation occurred. Please note: the default “Supervisor” and Administrator” logins remain the same.
