Tech Service at the Point of Dispense

The SmartDispenser® takes technical service to a whole new level. With it, users benefit from instant problem solving, which reduces downtime to hours, minutes and maybe even seconds.

Here’s how it works—

The SmartDispenser® comes with a Tech Service icon on the home screen, which when pressed instantly sends an email to the Fishman® Tech Service team. Tech Service at the Point of Dispense eliminates the need to send equipment back or to wait for a technician to arrive at your facility because support from Fishman® is provided online, and begins in less than an hour after the email is sent.

When online support is established, a Fishman® Technician will connect to your SmartDispenser® using LogMeIn’s Rescue program. This permits instant messaging to occur between the Fishman® Technician and your user. This also gives the Fishman® Technician the ability to have remote control of the SmartDispenser® and to have access to all reports and logs on it, which will ensure that any issues are taken care of quickly.

1. The Fishman® Technician opens the tech service console below.

2. The Fishman® Technician can do a quick review of the operating system.

3. The Fishman® Technician can review production reports.

4. The Fishman® Technician can help train operators if operator performance is an issue.

5. Fishman® Technician can review backend settings to ensure they are set properly.
