The information highway allows the Fishman®SmartDispenser®technical supportteam to offer real time installation and technical service. A webcam feed can be provided from the automation integrator or custom site to the Fishman®tech support center in Hopkinton, MA in the U.S. Communication with the customer via Skype and remote control of the SmartDispenser®by Fishman®technical salespeople provide a higher level of installation support, saving hours of installation time.

Each customer is provided with a lifetime subscription of “Log Me In Professional” courtesy of Fishman®Corporation. This service allows the customer to build an “Install Tree” of all SmartDispenser®s on a single computer, albeit a desktop, laptop, tablet, or Smartphone. This Install Tree allows for remote programming or download of the current production data. Live video feeds and communication via Skype allow production managers to debug problems in real time.
