SmartDispenser® Push-to-Connect™ Gun Mount removes the dispense gun electronic cord from the LDS™ Dispense Gun and attaches it to the Push-to-Connect™ Gun Mount allowing permanent attachment of the cord to the automation system.  The 30 foot (9.14 meters) cord can be combined with any wire harness running between the automation system and the common electronic control cabinet where connection with the SmartDispenser® Integration Kit™ is completed.   The one push/one pull action reduces syringe change over to seconds.  Pre-load your dispense guns with “Pre-filled” syringes with “Pre-primed” dispense tips using the SmartDispenser® Syringe Filler and Priming System.

SmartDispenser® Syringe Filling System and Liquid Dispense Tip Priming System work in tandem.  Enter your syringe size and dispense volume into the Priming System then connect the Filling System.  An algorithm calculates the fill height automatically positioning the Bimba electric air free stepper motor.   Fluid flows from a 5 liter pressure reservoir into the metering cylinder.  The Bimba electronic air free stepper motor positively displaces the fluid into the waiting syringe.  Each syringe is filled to the exact same height to assure all syringes in a multi-head automation system empty at the same time minimizing syringe change over time.  The algorithm assures fill height is set to guarantee no fluid remains in the syringe when empty.  An encoder verifies the stepper motor arrives at the proper position every time.

SmartDispenser® Dispense Tip Priming System, works offline while the SmartDispenser® production systems are assembling parts in the automation system.  A newly filled syringe is attached to a Dispense Tip Priming System via a LDS Dispense Gun and PTC Gun Mount.  The dispense tip is attached to the syringe and a USB memory stick is inserted into the Priming System.  The fluid is advanced to bring it flush with the end of the dispense tip.  The forward step count and machine name is automatically loaded onto the USB memory stick.  Mulitple Dispense Guns can be loaded by one Priming System.

When the online LDS™ Dispense Guns are empty simply replace with the pre-filled LDS™ Dispense Guns, insert USB sticks and step count loads automatically.  The entire change over process is reduced to seconds.
