Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit
What makes the SmartValve™ smart is AlgorithmicControl.™ AlgorithmicControl™ allows for valve control via numeric programming. This lets manufacturers control movements within one thousandth of an inch and speed in inches per second. The SmartDispenser® featuring AirFree® Technology also provides capabilities that eliminate human error, increase productivity and strengthen communication between production and management.The Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit with the SmartDispenser® is ideal for hand-held pen style dispensing. It can also be mounted to a benchtop fixture, allowing the operator to move the part being assembled underneath the SmartValve™ for ease of fluid application.
The accuracy of the Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit is made sharper still with the SmartValve.™ The Needle version is designed to be used with low to high viscosity fluids and the Diaphragm version with low viscosity fluids.
Detachable Dispense Head
Both feature Detachable Dispense Heads for quick and easy removal and replacement. This helps to minimize the impact of dispense valves clogging and requiring to be cleaned.
Pressure Reservoirs
To complete the Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit, Fishman® offers two Pressure Reservoirs. Both are Certified to work flawlessly with the innovative solutions they are paired with.
