Like so many of the solutions offered by Fishman® Corporation, the SmartValve™ more than lives up to its name. Its intelligence is gained by taking advantage of the unique capabilities provided by AlgorithmicControl,™ and its counterpart technology, SmartAutomation.™ Thanks to AlgorithmicControl,™ exact valve control is achieved through numeric programming, which permits control movements within one thousandth of an inch and speed by inches per second. Now add to that the ability of algorithms controlling multiple robot axes that are coordinated with the algorithms managing the SmartDispenser,® and it is clear to see how AlgorithmicControl™ and SmartAutomation™ provide manufacturers with a Specialty Benchtop Dispensing solution that guarantees utmost control of fluid deposits and fluid beading.
The accuracy of the Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit is made sharper still with the SmartValve.™ The Needle version is designed to be used with low to high viscosity fluids and the Diaphragm version with low viscosity fluids.
Detachable Dispense Head
Both feature Detachable Dispense Heads for quick and easy removal and replacement. This helps to minimize the impact of dispense valves clogging and requiring to be cleaned.
Pressure Reservoirs
To complete the Specialty SmartValve™ Benchtop Dispensing Kit, Fishman® offers two Pressure Reservoirs. Both are Certified to work flawlessly with the innovative solutions they are paired with.
