Online Support Options

If customers prefer, Fishman® offers a convenient online support option. With this approach the SmartDispenser® is kept online at the end of the production day. Since SmartDispenser®s and the IT departments of most companies use Windows® OS 10, SmartDispenser®s are able to connect safely to any tablet, laptop or desktop computer on the customer’s secure local server. This option permits diagnostics to be run overnight, and for relevant information to be used to remedy any issues. As one would expect, solving concerns during off-hours helps ensure that SmartDispenser®s are back on the job the following morning.

Another online support option includes assistance with maintenance and repair, and can be performed during business hours. All a customer needs to do is to put their SmartDispenser® online, and use the LogMeIn Rescue program offered by Fishman®. This allows the technician to “see” the issue the customer is having, and lets both parties instant message one another. The program also gives the tech remote control of the SmartDispenser®, as well as access to all reports and logs residing on it. All of which helps get the SmartDispenser® back to work without delay.
