Validation Support Program

The Validation Support Program is unique to Fishman,^® and is offered FREE of charge. Testing is conducted by Fishman^® Application Engineers at the Fishman^® facility. Fishman^® uses the customer’s specifications, fluid and sample parts to program the SmartDispenser.^® The entire testing process is also recorded on video for training the customer’s staff. Once testing is completed, the results and sample parts are turned over to the customer’s engineers for quality inspection. As soon as the parts are approved, the SmartDispenser^® is delivered and installed at the customer’s facility, and within minutes, it is up and running. The test reports provide baseline statistical data so the customer can match against their validation testing. This will help prove that the AlgorithmicControl™ feature of the SmartDispenser^® performs exactly the same at the customer’s facility as it did in Fishman^®’s. Bottom line: if Fishman^® cannot successfully complete the Validation Support Test, the time, effort and cost are incurred by Fishman,^® not by the customer.
